Coastal Care HomeServices was created to solve a problem every vacation homeowner faces: what do we do when we aren’t there, and what do we not want to do when we are?

The idea was born in Pass-A-Grille, FL, when a homeowner shared her frustration after lending her dream vacation home to a family member. She returned to find lights left on, trashbins full in the garage never taken to the curb, and maintenance issues ignored. Instead of enjoying her four-day getaway, she spent it changing lightbulbs, waiting on repair teams, and resetting the home—leaving little time to take her boat out. Seeing the stress this caused, Kelsey had an idea: what if there was a trusted local point person who could anticipate needs, mitigate damage, and step in for guests when issues arose? She offered to help, and quickly became the person homeowners relied on.

When the hurricanes of 2024 struck, an entirely new set of challenges emerged. Luckily, those homeowners had Coastal Care HomeSerivce on their side. With her oversight, homes were secured before storms, cleanup was coordinated after, and owners received updates that gave them peace of mind. From there, Coastal Care HomeServices expanded into a full-service solution: scheduled maintenance instead of emergency fixes, mishaps caught before they escalated, and homes ready and welcoming when owners returned to sunny Florida.
